Shandra's 10th birthday bash!

Wow! Our "baby" is 10! Where did the years go? This year shan wanted a sleepover/game/spa party!We started the party at 5:30 friday and ended the party at 10 Saturday morning! There was lots of girls, food, and fun(also a little drama)! We started the night with a truth game and baby do you love me, then had dinner and a neighborhood scavenger hunt. After we played lipstick and stones, which is the new favorite game at our house! Ice cream cake, presents and a movie ended the night and the girls went to sleep nice and early (3am)! Lots of fun for all of us!

Jerrick's Arrow of Light & 5th Grade Olympics

Jerrick received his Arrow of Light from Cub Scouts and we are very proud of him! He also competed in every sport in 5th grade olympics! It was a hot day but a lot of fun watching him and hanging with the 5th grade students. He competed against kids from Mesquite, Beaver Dam and Perkins in Moapa. Cup stacking, tetherball, spartucus, two square, and hopscotch were a few of the events he competed in. He was also on a relay team for running. Good Job Jerrick!

May Day 2012

Jerrick's final May day at Grant Bowler! I can't believe he will be in Middle School next year!Jerrick braided the Maypole this year and shan did the stayin Alive dance! Good Times!

BASKETBALL AND LADY LUCK GYMNASTICS MEET

Busy weekend1 Jerrick had a double header basketball game and he loved it! He has really improved on his handling of the ball and he is fasssst! Very fun watching him play ball! Shandra had to be at the Lady luck meet at 7:30 am which is not ideal for Shandra cause she is not a morning person. I am very proud of her She placed on 2 events and got 9th on all around. Yea shandra!!!!

jERRICK'S SURPRISE PARTY!

Happy 11th Birthday Jerrick! He has been asking for a SURPRISE party for a few months, and I kept telling him it wasn't a surprise if he asked for it. Friday he got his wish! Thursday was his actual birthday and he was really bummed because just had brownies and a family dinner. His face was so sad all night and i almost gave in and told him, but held my tongue. Friday he was so surprised when he walked in to get John from the fine arts building and all his friends were there! They played alot of ball, tag, ate pizza and of course ate yummy ice cream cake.
