May 12th was the Daddy/Daughter Derby race, and can I just say that John didn't learn a thing about procrastination for Jerrick's pinewood derby race! He was helping Daesha finish her car about 2 minutes after they should have been at the races! Daesha got an award for best detail and she had a good time so I guess that's all that should matter!

Poor John...2 derby races in 1 month! I bet he is getting good at those cars. I am glad they had fun.
